Rules and conditions of participations

Be 18 or older

Be a legal professional tattoo artist in your country

Have a Siret or Siren number or equivalent (depending on your country)

Have a dozen tattoo photos of good quality.

The pictures cannot bear any sorts of marks allowing for the identification of the artist (name, watermark, logo, etc.)

Have correctly completed the registration document

A contribution of 150€ for registration will be required, making you a member of the association

Optional

When selecting your portfolio for submission to the Chaudesaigues Award, you can also add 5 to 10 high-quality pictures of other art pieces you have created on other media (e.g. paintings, drawings, photos, etc.)

Imparting the award

Each member of the jury will be given a copy of all portfolios submitted

In order to protect the objectivity of the jury, the portfolios will not bear the names of the participants.

All of the portfolios correctly submitted will be studied and eligible to win the award

The participant with the best grades overall will be awarded the Chaudesaigues Award

In case of a draw, the jury will deliberate to pick out the winner

All participants will have to sign a confidentiality agreement

Although the winner will be notified over a month in advance, his or her name will not be disclosed until the day of the ceremony

Solution 1 :

I choose to upload my portfolio to Dropbox. By choosing so, an email will be sent to me that will explain the process I will have to follow to share the files I selected to participate in the contest.

Solution 2 :

I upload right now the files I want to submit to the contest for my portfolio (maximum size of 10mb per Photo).

Solution 3:

I will send an email to the following address concours@chaudesaigues-award.com with all the pictures I wish to submit as my portfolio for the contest, indicating my name in the subject line.
