Odette is very attached to the values of her region, the Aveyron, but especially to the products of her land. You will experience the unique flavors of a Marcillac wine flavored Coufidou D’Aurbac, of a pan seared Foie Gras with morello cherries, or a simply of a charcoal grilled morcel of succulent Aubrac beef with its Aligot, all typical dishes of the region.
